Learn best management practices for keeping chickens during Minnesota winters. The class will cover winter hardy breeds, chicken coop and run preparations with considerations for ventilation, lighting and heating, poultry nutrition, general care and selling eggs. This event is in partnership with Minnetonka Community Education and Wayzata Community Education.
