Native seed gathering at the Discovery Garden

Join Pine County Master Gardeners for an educational afternoon surrounded by the beauty of summer flowers in the Pine City Discovery Garden. 

Learn why, when, and how to collect native plant seeds, and gather resources for proper storage and germination. Participants will also be guided through hands-on seed collection from native plants in the Discovery Garden.

Check-in will begin at 12:45 p.m. on the day of the event.

In case of inclement weather, registrants will receive an email notification. October 11 is the proposed rain date.

The Pine City Discovery Garden is located on the west side of Main St S/Old Hwy 61 in Pine City, just south of the Snake River Bridge.

Registration

Register online or by calling the Extension Office at 320-591-1650. Registration closes October 7.
