Taking part in the Minnesota State Fair provides young people an opportunity to showcase their project learning.
4-H members who have completed grades 6-12 and earned a trip with their project at the county level can bring one project to the 4-H general encampment.
There are four general encampments, each lasting two nights and three days, where 4-H'ers stay at the fair, participate in activities and get their project judged.
4-H members heading to the state fair can see the judging schedule, exhibitor guide and other pertinent information on the 4-H state fair exhibitor resources page or by downloading the Minnesota 4-H app.
