Kramer Family
Don and Donna Kramer established the Kramer family farm in the 1950s. Years later, they welcomed their sons, Tom and Ted, into the operation.
Today, the farm is operated by Tom and LaVae and Ted and Jane, along with the third generation, their sons Tanner and his wife Maggie, and Kody and his wife Kelly. Together, the families raise corn, soybeans, and hogs on approximately 6,000 acres. Don Kramer remained an active part of the farming operation until his passing at 99 earlier this spring.
The Kramer family is active in their community through their respective churches, the Hayfield Lions Club, the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association, and the Minnesota Corn Growers Association. They support the local FFA chapter, volunteer with area food shelves, and are strong supporters of Hayfield Community Schools.
