Presenters 

  • Jody Horntvedt’s work focuses on enhancing the leadership skills of people, with an emphasis on leadership and collaboration skills of community leaders to enhance their skills for working together. Her research around social capital as a much needed asset for individuals and communities to thrive has shaped her work as an educator for University of Minnesota Extension where her passion has been engaging with people in rural communities for more than 43 years.
