Have you documented your end-of-life health care wishes and shared them with others?  This process is called advance care planning. If you’ve been putting off preparing a Minnesota Health Care Directive or need to revisit your preferences, this free webinar is for you. Advance care planning is a gift to yourself and to others.

Presenters 

  • Anita Harris Hering, Family Resiliency Extension Educator at the University of Minnesota, specializes in mental health, nature engagement, and community partnerships. Her diverse experience includes supporting veterans and the Deaf community. Anita holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from the University of St. Thomas. 
  • Sara Croymans is a Family Resiliency Extension Educator. She is committed to assisting individuals and families in developing critical life skills related to financial capability, housing, climate, and disaster financial preparedness, family transitions, and mental health. Sara is an Accredited Financial Counselor.
