Educators and potential partners: Minnesota 4-H offers a variety of activities and experiences for youth to explore in their classrooms, after-school programs, home-school co-ops and youth groups through our Explore 4-H programs.
What are Explore 4-H programs?
Our Explore 4-H programs invite partners to experience what 4-H is about — hands-on youth learning in areas like STEM, agriculture, animal science, leadership, ATV safety, outdoor education and healthy living.
Through these programs, schools, educators and youth-serving organizations can bring proven, research-based 4-H experiences to their communities — helping youth explore their interests, build skills and thrive.
Who can participate?
Each Explore 4-H program is designed for a specific age group in classrooms, after-school programs, home-school co-ops and youth group settings. See program details below for more information.
How can I get involved?
By collaborating with us through our Explore 4-H programs, partners gain access to ready-to-use, research-based learning experiences designed for youth. Our team works with each partner to identify which programs best align with their goals and community needs.
Depending on the program, partners may receive activity kits or supply lists, guidance and training materials or support from 4-H staff who can help facilitate or co-facilitate programs with their teams.
