4-H local ambassadors

Most Minnesota counties and tribal nations have a 4‑H Ambassador program. Ambassadors are select 4‑H youth who lead and take part in activities that help them become good citizens and leaders. Contact your local 4‑H office to learn more about these programs in your area.

4-H state ambassadors

These young leaders come from across Minnesota. They make meaningful contributions to their communities through citizenship education and leadership activities. Check out more 4-H leadership opportunities!

How to become a 4-H State Ambassador

Any Minnesota 4-H'er who has completed the tenth grade and is eligible for 4-H through the term ending in June 2018 may apply to become a state ambassador. Previous participation in activities run by 4-H state ambassadors, such as BLU and YELLO! is helpful, but not required.
