4-H clover June 4-H State Ambassador update

Hey everyone!

Hallee M., Roseau County
Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador

My name is Hallee M., and I am a second year Minnesota 4-H State Ambassador from Roseau County.

Although school is ending for many youth, 4-H is still in full swing with our statewide service project challenges. These are a great way to stay engaged and involved with Minnesota 4-H. Share your service project efforts using this form so we can see all the great work being done by fellow 4-H’ers.

With YELLO fast approaching, the 4-H State Ambassadors are full steam ahead in finalizing everything to make it an unforgettable experience for all youth participants. We have planned amazing guest speakers focused on mental health and art.

Fair season is also right around the corner with school ending! This is the best time of year to show off all the projects you have been working on throughout the year, as well as see what many others have accomplished.

The Engineering Design Challenge is another great opportunity to get involved with hands-on learning experiences. You get to work as a team in showing off your skills in creating a Rube Goldberg™ type machine!

It is sad to say that our year as 4-H State Ambassadors is coming to an end, with YELLO being our last formal in-person event. I am so proud of what our team has accomplished throughout this past year. From planning and executing workshops, such as BLU and YELLO, to creating fun memories together as a team and putting in the extra work to "Make the Best Better" — we've accomplished so much together.
