Farm to School: Growing our future documentary
This 30-minute documentary that premiered in the Twin Cities in March 2012 explores the economic advantages and remaining challenges for businesses, farms, schools and communities as we work together to improve our children’s health and education.
This documentary aims to spark a dialogue among policy makers at the local, state and national levels. It came at an important time in U.S. history as the nation faced — and is still facing — the devastation of childhood obesity and rising health care costs. Join us on this journey as we work to reverse these troubling trends and bring our nation back to health.
