Shawn B. is a 5th grader who is a member of the Long Lake Leaders 4-H Club. He has been in 4-H for two years. He has participated in Share the Fun with his club, the East Central Region Camp, and the county fair. His favorite 4-H event is the county fair. "I liked advertising the 4-H food court," he adds. Shawn's favorite 4-H memory has been the 4-H camp.
4-H and it's volunteers have made an impact on Shawn. From working at the cafe he has learned not to waste food. He also says that volunteers have taught him to be brave. His advice to any other youth considering joining 4-H is, "It's fun!"
