Apply today! Blue Earth County 4-H Ambassador

Are you interested in having a bigger role in Blue Earth County 4-H? Do you like helping others and working as a team? Apply to become a 4-H ambassador!

Ambassadors meet once or twice a month for fun, conversation, team building, leadership activities, etc. Activities and field trips include going to Kato Escape Room, Mount Kato, bowling, Wow Zone, pizza and more!

4-H ambassadors are youth in grades 7 and up who want to make a difference in 4-H and their community. Local 4-H ambassadors use leadership, civic engagement, communication and teamwork skills to promote 4-H, plan events, guide younger youth and serve their community. Ambassadors are role models for other youth and positively represent 4-H to the community.

Because ambassadors work as a team to develop leadership skills, all ambassadors agree to:

  •  Help other youth and adults learn and have fun in 4-H.
  • Support other youth to become leaders.
  • Share your talents and enthusiasm

To apply, complete the online form.

Applications are due by March 31, 2023.

If you have questions, contact Lizz Kendall, Extension educator, at efanders@umn.edu or 507-304-4325.
