4-H clover Project records in Kandiyohi County

Records are one part of the County Fair Judging experience! You can even win awards just for your records!

There are two parts to the record experience in 4-H , Kandiyohi County uses the records published by Minnesota 4-H. The first part is a participation summary. These summaries list all the project areas you want to do and have done in the current 4-H year. There is a basic version and an advanced version.

Project records list what you have done for one specific project. There are basic and advanced versions for this as well. If it is your first year, or first year in a project we encourage you to use the basic form for both. If you have done the project before we encourage you to try the advance records.

Need more space to write? Make a copy of the project record forms! You can manually adjust the size of the boxes. Have a different format in mind? Go for it!

Each project record should include the information that is listed on the form, in a clean, presentable format, and if you want to try your hand at graphic design go for it!

There is more information about record keeping on the Minnesota 4-H record keeping page
