It is hard to believe it is time for clubs to renew their annual charter! The chartering documents have been mailed to each club.
Reminder - you will also need to turn in the following items along with your completed charter:
❑ Checkbook ledger - Treasurer checkbook ledger for October 1 - September 30
❑ Expense documentation – Invoices/receipts for all bills paid and cancelled/voided checks
❑ Income documentation - Deposit tickets prepared by the treasurer and receipts (from the bank)
❑ Bank statements - Oct. 1 - Sept. 30 for all financial accounts
❑ Reconciliation documentation- Summary on the back of bank statement or other proof
❑ Monthly treasurer reports - Details how finances were reported and approved at meetings
❑ Additional financial reports (if applicable) - Completed fundraising forms for counting money, record of club dues, and/or educational fees/reports
