Master Woodland Owner 2017 annual report

In the first two years of University of Minnesota Extension's Master Woodland Owner program, 82 landowners have participated, representing nearly 4,000 acres. Private forest landowners have a tremendous opportunity to learn how to be stewards of Minnesota's forests as they explore a range of topics through online and in-person courses and field tours.

While the program is growing in other regions of Minnesota, the greatest number of acres represented are in St. Louis, Lake, Itasca and Koochiching counties.
