Youth and families across Anoka County are invited to come explore 4-H opportunities at an open house event this fall!
There are many ways to learn about Anoka County 4-H this fall! Consider visiting one of our informal open house events around the county. Check back as more events will be added periodically.
At these events families will…
- Visit with club leaders and members about what they do and like about 4-H.
- Discover the various projects you can explore in 4-H and participate in a hands on STEM and Gardening activity.
- Learn about how to get involved and be a part of 4-H in Anoka County.
4-H is a worldwide youth development program open to all youth in K-one year post high school, who want to have fun, learn new skills, and explore the world. In return, youth who participate in 4-H find a supportive environment and opportunities for hands-on or “experiential” learning about things that interest them. Our curriculum is grounded in the latest research from University of Minnesota. Enrollment is $30 yearly & scholarships are available. Learn more about 4-H and how to enroll.
