4-H clover Cloverbud Livestock Projects

Please remember the 4-H Cloverbud policy that states: When animals and Cloverbuds are together in 4-H activities, such as fairs and shows, an adult/responsible person will be in control of the animal (control means to handle and/or lead the animal). A responsible person is an adult leader, teen leader, parent or other adult who may appropriately assist with the Cloverbud. This is for the ENTIRE County Fair (to and from trailers, wash rack, etc) – not just while in the Show Arena. A teen leader is defined as a current 4-H member who has completed grade 6 or older.

You can review the full policy here.

If you have questions about this Cloverbud policy, please talk to Extension Staff.
