Again this year, County Fair registration will be handled online through FairEntry.com. Families are required to register their 4-H exhibits online themselves using the FairEntry website. If you can’t register your exhibits online please call 4-H Staff at the Extension office, 651-277-0151
County Fair registration is now open! You can complete your registration online.
You will need your 4HOnline login and email password to register log into FairEntry. You will use the same login information for both websites. If you do not remember your 4HOnline login information follow the instructions to reset your password. Do not create a new profile.
If you do not have internet access at home we recommend you visit a local library or stop in at the Extension Office to complete your online registration. If you still are unable to complete your registration this way, contact us to complete the paper registration form and submit it to the Extension Office by the July 1 deadline.
The premium books which will help guide you in your registrations are available online at the following links:
What is the Premium Book?
The Premium Book will tell you more about each project area you can enter at the County Fair. The Premium Book will also tell you how many entries of a certain class you can have (in most cases, Static or non-livestock projects can have four different entries per class and animal entries can have one entry per class) You will also notice that under each project area in the Premium Book, we have given some ideas on what you might consider exhibiting. These are only suggestions and you may bring any exhibit that fits under the project area.
County Fair registrations are due by 11:59 p.m. on July 1. Please note that the Extension office will close at 4:30 p.m. on July 1.
Additional information including video tutorials are available.
Please contact the Extension Office if you have any questions or concerns completing your fair registration at 651-277-0151.
While FairEntry simplifies the registration process considerably you may need to submit one of these additional forms to the Extension Office if it applies to you.
