• Monday,  June 12, 1 - 5 p.m., Bunker Hills Activities Center - youth leader workshop (grades 6+)

• Sunday, June 18, 8 p.m., Zoom - program team meeting (grades 11+)

• Monday, June 19, 1 - 5 p.m., Bunker Hills Activities Center, all participants

• Monday, June 26, 1 - 5 p.m., Bunker Hills Activities Center, all participants

• Monday, July 10, Bunker Hills Activities Center

  • 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. – program team meeting (grades 11+)

  • 1 - 5 p.m. - all participants

• Monday, July 17, required rehearsal, fairgrounds:

  • 8 – 9 a.m. – leadership team (grades 8+)  

  • 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. – all participants (lunch/snacks provided)

  • 4 - 4:30 p.m. - leadership team huddle (grades 8+)

  • 4:30 - 5 p.m. - team leaders/program team (grades 9+)

• Tuesday, July 18, required rehearsal, fairgrounds:

  • 8 – 9 a.m. – leadership team (grades 8+)  

  • 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. – all participants (lunch/snacks provided)

  • 4 - 4:30 p.m. - leadership team huddle (grades 8+)

  • 4:30 - 7 p.m. - team leaders/program team (grades 9+); supper provided

• Wednesday, July 19, required rehearsal, fairgrounds:

  • 8 – 9 a.m. – leadership team (grades 8+)  

  • 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. – all participants (lunch/snacks provided)

  • 4 - 4:30 p.m. - leadership team huddle (grades 8+)

  • 4:30 - 5 p.m. - team leaders/program team (grades 9+)

• Thursday, July 20, mandatory rehearsal, fairgrounds:  

  • 9 – 10 a.m. - leadership team (grades 8+) 

  • 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. – all participants (lunch/snacks provided)

  • 5:30 p.m. - preview performance, friends/family invited

• Monday, July 24, 2- 4 p.m. - rehearsal, fairgrounds, all participant

Participant huddle 15 minutes prior to each show dressed and ready to go.

• Tuesday, July 25, 2:30 & 3:30 p.m. - outdoor stage

• Wednesday, July 26, 2:30 & 3:30 p.m. - outdoor stage

• Thursday, July 27 - no shows

• Friday, July 28, 5 & 6:30 p.m. - 4-H Exhibit building

• Saturday, July 29, 5 & 6:30 p.m. - 4-H Exhibit building

• Sunday, July 30, 2:30 & 4 p.m. - 4-H Exhibit building

State fair rehearsal & schedule: 

• Monday, August 21, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., Bunker Hills Activities Center, all participants performing at the MN State Fair

• Performance at the MN State Fair - TBD

Costs: 

• $85 per participant.

• Fee includes all meals, printed Arts-In t-shirt, costume t-shirt (if needed), music, miscellaneous supplies & some of the program costs.

• Fee does not cover additional costume requirements, MN State Fair participation or optional photo/DVD orders.

Registration is not complete until payment has been received. Scholarships are available. If you need to drop off your payment, our office building is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. If our office is not staffed, there is a secure drop box next to our office door.

Registration: 

Registration will open by April 3 and will be completed through your 4-H Online account. Registration deadline is Monday, June 12. 

• If you have a family account in 4-H Online, login and then click on Events on the left side of the screen; event is "Anoka County 4-H Arts-In". Then select member's name. On the next screen, click “Start Registration”. 
• If you are new to 4-H, you'll need to set up an account. Creating an account does not require commitment for future participation. Select "In Person Camp/Event - Anoka County", for Club and "Performing Arts or Cloverbud" and any other projects of interest for projects. Once your account is approved, view the 4-H Online event registration guide for help in registering for the event.
