1st place goes to Riley Ward of the Little Valley Victors 4-H Club. Her design will be on the front of the grey 2023 Winona County Fair 4-H t-shirt. Club order forms are due by March 31.
2nd place goes to Briar McIlrath of the Winona River City 4-H Club. Her design will be pictured on the front of the 2023 Winona County 4- Premium Book that will be shared by early April.
