- Monday, July 17, 5 p.m. - 4-H clothing and fashion revue at Grace Lutheran Church (Judging includes constructed and purchased garments, all other textile projects will be judged at General Exhibit Judging at the fair, such as non-garment items and quilts.)
- Tuesday, July 18, 5 p.m. - 4-H Cat & Pet Show (Becker County Extension office)
- Sunday, July 23, 5-8 p.m. - 4-H club booth setup (4-H Exhibit Building)
- Saturday, Aug. 12, 9 a.m. - 4-H Dog Show (Becker County Fairgrounds)

Tuesday, July 25
- 1:30 p.m. - 4-H fair judges orientation (4-H Dining Hall)
- 2-7 p.m. - 4-H exhibit entry and conference judging (4-H Exhibit Building)
- 6:30-8 p.m. - 4-H poultry and rabbit entries in place (mandatory) (Livestock & Poultry Barn)
- 6:30-8 p.m. - Mandatory vet check station open
Wednesday, July 26
- 7 a.m.-1 p.m. - Mandatory vet check station open
- 8 a.m. - 4-H Rabbit Show (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 12:30 p.m. - 4-H poultry Judging (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 1 p.m. - All general livestock animals and horses must be in place
- 1 p.m. - Livestock verification for breeding and market animals
- 1 p.m. - Weighing of market animals
- 5 p.m.- 4-H general livestock exhibitor meeting (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 5:30 p.m. - 4-H Swine Show (Amanda Foltz Arena)
Thursday, July 27
- 8 a.m. - 4-H Market Goat the Sheep Show and Lamb Lead (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 10:30 a.m. - 4-H Beef Show (Amanda Foltz Arena)
Friday, July 28
- 8 a.m. - 4-H Horse Show – Pleasure and game classes and horse training judging (Horse Arena) - The 4-H Drill Team Performance (Horse Arena) will follow the show.
- 8:30 a.m. - 4-H Dairy Goat Show (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 10 a.m. - 4-H Dairy Show (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 3 p.m. - All 4-H trophy recipients complete trophy thank you cards (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 4 p.m. - State fair livestock encampment mandatory meeting and registration
Saturday, July 29
- 7:30-8:30 a.m. - Market auction bidders breakfast (4-H Kitchen & Dining Hall)
- 8:30 a.m. - 4-H & FFA Round Robin Showmanship Contest (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 9 a.m. - Market Livestock Auction (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 12:30 p.m. - 4-H Public Fashion Revue (tent)
- 2:30-3:30 p.m. - 4-H Performing Arts Showcase (tent)
- 4 p.m. - State fair regular encampment mandatory meeting and registration
- 6 p.m. - State Horse Show mandatory meeting and registration
- 7-11 p.m. - 4-H fun night (Amanda Foltz Arena)
- 11 p.m. - Exhibit and livestock checkout (Exhibit Building is open 11 p.m. to midnight)
Sunday, July 30
- Early a.m. - Livestock checkout (All livestock must be out of the barns by 10 a.m.)
- 8:30-10:30 a.m. - Exhibit checkout (All exhibits should be removed from the 4-H Building by 11 a.m.)
