The 2021 land rent survey was conducted in November 2021 by the Nicollet County Extension Office. 79 land owners anonymously responded by stating their township and acreage, 2021 cash rent, 2022 cash rent, and percent of the parcel with adequate drainage.
Survey results totaled 17,940 acres with a 2021 average rent of $227 and a 2022 average rent of $234.
