This is a free online course that gives you tools to become more resilient in times of change. When you understand how change affects you, you can respond to it in a more proactive way. This gives you more control and stability in your life.

Through this course, you will be able to:

  • Better handle change.

  • Identify different types of change.

  • Define resilience.

  • Strengthen the five characteristics of a resilient person.

This course takes about an hour to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.
