This is a free online course that helps you understand change and its effects on you. When you understand how change affects you, you can respond to it in a more proactive way. This gives you more control and stability in your life.
Through this course, you will:
Learn about common responses to change and why it's important to move beyond viewing change only as a loss to seeing it as an opportunity.
Understand how you usually respond to change (reactively or proactively) and why it’s important to strive for a more proactive response.
Become familiar with the stages of grief cycle and how you may have experienced these stages when faced with unexpected, negative change in your own life.
Identify some ways (strategies), as well as related goals and actions, to build your capacity for resilience.
This course takes about an hour to complete. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate.
