Field School for Ag Professionals

Large group outdoors at Field School.

The hands-on, in-field program emphasizing crop and pest management diagnostic skill-building will help you enhance your troubleshooting and crop management skills.

Features

  • A two-day program taught in the field. 
  • Hands-on activities examining current insects, diseases and crop management.

  • Each subject is led by experienced instructors offering personalized instruction and small group activities.
  • Certified Crop Advisor CEUs offered.

First-day program

The first-day program consists of herbicide mode of action and crop injury symptoms, corn and soybean growth and agronomics, scouting and identifying insects and diseases, and tillage and soil structure. Participants may earn six certified crop advisor CEUs.

Second-day program

Multiple concurrent sessions allow participants to earn six certified crop advisor CEUs. Participants can select sessions from across all four major agronomy disciplines designed to be timely, cutting–edge topics for today's ag professionals. 

Audience

Agronomists, crop production retailers, seed dealers, consultants, crop protection industry representatives, government agency personnel and summer field scouts are encouraged to attend.
