Youth as Facilitative Leaders

A 2-day training in facilitative leadership for teams of youth and adults.
- Advance youth equity.
- Raise the voice, position and power of young people.
- Equip youth and adults to create safe, action-oriented spaces that are
- equitable, and
- Learn and practice effective ways to lead groups through focused conversations and to build consensus.
This training is for teams of one adult and one to three youth. Participants must attend both evenings of training. Dinner will be provided.
