Winter crops day - Waseca

Learn about research that's being conducted at the University of Minnesota's Research and Outreach Centers. The program will focus on production agriculture with an emphasis on crop and soil science.

One session will highlight all aspects of cover crop management including species selection, seeding/establishment date and methods, crop rotation, and soil health. The other half of the program will cover all aspects of potassium, nutrition in crops and soil test methods.

Continuing education credits (CEUs) have been applied for Certified Crop Advisers.

Registration begins onsite at 8:30 a.m. with the program starting at 9:00 a.m.
