Be an Urban Explorer this summer with 4-H Youth Development and Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board! Join us for a day camp experience filled with exciting hands-on activities, outdoor exploration, and field trips. Bring your sense of adventure and explore your community in Minneapolis! Get outside, explore nature, play games, save pollinators, meet expert naturalists, and investigate science. Youth are guaranteed to make friends. This program is designed for youth, completing 3rd-8th grades (9-14 years old). Please inquire about openings for younger siblings.
Campers will be led by high-school camp counselors and adult directors from both MPRB and 4-H. Funding for this project is provided by Hennepin County through the Green Partners environmental education program, UMN Extension Hennepin County, and the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.
Youth, completing 3rd-8th grades (9-14 years old)
$50 (Minneapolis resident)
$75 (non-Minneapolis resident)
