The Strategic Farming webinar series provides up-to-date, research-based information to help you optimize your crop management strategies for 2026. Pull up a chair and join in or bring the conversation with you as you go about your day. These online sessions will be very informal and open to all interested. Each session will start with a brief presentation by the discussion leaders for the day, followed by discussion framed around farmer/participant questions on the topic.
Moderator: Ryan Miller, Extension educator - crops
With all of the hubbub around AI and its promise to solve crop management problems, we thought it would be prudent to talk about the tools that are currently available. Dr. Anthony Hanson, Extension educator, IPM - crops, and Ryan Miller, Extension educator - crops, will provide an in-depth review of proven forecasting tools that can assist with crop and pest management.
CCA CEUs have been applied for.
