This workshop builds on the leadership skills older youth have developed at BLU and through their lived experience both within and outside of 4-H. Teens will engage in large and small group discussions. It is designed and facilitated by a team of older youth and young adult leaders.
Youth will engage in activities that:
Build upon leadership skills already gained from BLU or other leadership experiences.
Learn from older youth and recent 4-H alumni.
This year's theme is, "Seasons of Growth." Youth will learn about leadership while connecting to their own personal story and experiences through hands-on activities and discussions.
