Each year the southeast region puts together an invitational project bowl contest for teams to participate in prior to the regional competitions. This event is intended to be a place for teams to become familiar with the regional competition rules, how the contest is run, and allow new teams a place to get their feet wet in project bowl.
We offer project bowl competitions for the following bowl groups:
- Dairy
- Dog
- General livestock
- Horse
- Llama-Alpaca
- Poultry
- Rabbit
- Plant science
This year the contest will be held at the Byron High School on Feb. 22.
A confirmation email with contest specifics including morning check-in time will be sent to listed team coaches approximately one week before the contest.
Team question submission
Each participating team needs to provide five questions from the listed references using this Google Form by Feb. 10, 2025. If there are multiple teams from the same county, questions must be different. These questions will help build our bank of questions for the 2025 SE Invitational Project Bowl.
Important reminder: All listed team members must be currently enrolled in 4-H. Coaches must be approved and screened by Minnesota 4-H Volunteers.
