Climate scientist Sam Potter will discuss past trends and projected changes in spring weather, including warming temperatures, timing of last freeze, precipitation, and soil moisture. Extension horticulture educator Laura Irish-Hanson will cover landscape impacts and offer tips for adapting yards and gardens to a changing climate.
The University of Minnesota Climate Adaptation Partnership hosts the Seasonal Climate Conversations webinar series focused on Minnesota weather and climate trends, impacts and solutions. The informal, online sessions will include a brief Q&A.
