This webinar will explore strategies you can take to save money of food before, during, and after shopping. The presenters for this webinar are Mary Schroeder, Nikki Johnson and Kelly Kunkel. Nikki Johnson is a community health and nutrition specialist serving both the University of Minnesota Extension and North Dakota State University Extension. For the past 12 years, Nikki has been providing education and promoting health and wellness to individuals and families across Minnesota and North Dakota. Mary Schroeder and Kelly Kunkel are Extension educators in health and nutrition with the University of Minnesota Extension Center for Family Development. Kelly's work has been dedicated to changing the food environment to improve food access and choice for low-income audiences through programming for food shelves, early care and education, and school settings.  Mary is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Her work focuses on creating healthy food environments for children and youth through policy, system and environmental changes. America/Chicago public
