Facilitators Kelly Kunkel is an Extension educator in Health and Nutrition with the University of Minnesota Extension. Kelly's work has been dedicated to changing the food environment to improve food access and choice for low-income audiences through programming for food shelves, early care and education and school settings. Nikki Johnson is a Community Health and Nutrition Specialist serving both the University of Minnesota Extension and North Dakota State University Extension. Nikki is also  a registered dietitian. Registration is required. The webinar will take place on Zoom. Accommodations for persons with disabilities may be requested by contacting Julie Larson at larso143@umn.edu two weeks prior to the start of the event. Requests received after this date will be honored whenever possible.
