This webinar will explore tips for planning meals ahead of time to save you time and money. This presenters for this webinar are Mary Schroeder and Nikki Johnson. Nikki Johnson is a Community Health and Nutrition Specialist serving both the University of Minnesota Extension and North Dakota State University Extension. For the past 12 years, Nikki has been providing education and promoting health and wellness to individuals and families across Minnesota and North Dakota. Mary is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Her work focuses on creating healthy food environments for children and youth through policy, system and environmental changes. Recent projects include developing a culinary nutrition education curriculum for family child care providers, providing trainings for school foodservice staff, and developing a two-menu people could use in emergencies.
