Join other youth from Rice County to learn some basics about vegetable gardening! 4-H is teaming up with our Master Gardeners for a morning that will include fun, hands-on education. Participants will have the opportunity to start a container garden, choosing between green beans or a tomato plant. They will learn the basics of planting or transplanting, tips and tricks to care for your plants with a goal of successful harvest, along with a glimpse of what to expect if you'll be using it as a fair project.
