With so many being on spring break at the same time, it's been decided to offer a free sewing workshop for sewers of different levels on Tuesday, March 25, 9-11 am at the 4-H Building. During this time, everyone will make pouches. Those who are more advanced will also work to put a zipper on their pouch. All fabric and zippers will be provided. 4-H members are asked to bring a machine with the zipper foot, along with some other basic supplies such as thread, scissors, seam ripper and measuring tape. If you are unable to bring a machine, please indicate that when you are registering. If time allows, more advanced sewers can also make a chemo cap with knit fabric that can be donated to those in need.
