Presenters Mary Schroeder and Jimmie Johnson are University of Minnesota Extension health and nutrition educators. Mary’s work focuses on creating healthy food environments for children and youth through policy, system and environmental changes. Recent projects include developing a culinary nutrition education curriculum for family childcare providers and providing pieces of training for school food service staff. Jimmie’s work encourages people to move their bodies and supports physical education teachers to promote lifelong movement. America/Chicago public

Registration is required. The webinar will take place on Zoom.
