Reaching volunteer training needs with technology

Wednesday, May 6

Designing, developing and providing online learning is integral to a comprehensive volunteer training program. However, keeping up with how and where volunteers want to access information continues to shift. In a survey and focus groups, volunteers shared how they want to learn in online formats. This webinar will provide an overview of what they told us. We’ll share examples of how programs can use easy tools such as video, screen capture and podcasts to reach all volunteers.
