QPR Suicide Prevention Training for Agricultural Communities

NAMI Minnesota and the University of Minnesota Extension are partnering to provide suicide prevention classes tailored to farming communities. Our aim is to change the public perception of agricultural communities and better equip the community to identify and help people who may be having thoughts of suicide.

We will offer a 90-minute suicide prevention program called QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) to help individuals learn the three steps anyone can take to help prevent suicide. A certificate of attendance is available for this class and will be sent after you fill out the evaluation.
