Recertify your commercial/noncommercial pesticide applicator license for categories:

  • A: Core
  • C: Field Crops
  • C: Fruits and Vegetables

You will have access to the online course beginning January 12, 2026. You will have until February 23, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. to complete the course.

You will be able to select which course or courses you want to take at registration.

Audience

Commercial and noncommercial licensed pesticide applicators who need to recertify in 2026.

Cost

$70 for each category

Registration

Registration closes January 8, 2026. You must register for each category separately.

The Register button goes to the registration page. The registration page will provide more information about each workshop, including fees, deadlines, options, and refund and cancellation policies.

This offering is delivered in English. Interpreter services may be available with an advance request.

Understand the technical requirements before you register

  • You must have a laptop or desktop computer to complete the course. Cell phones and tablets will not work.
  • You must have a working camera, speakers, and an internet connection.
  • You will need to download a monitoring program (instructions are provided in the course introduction), and you must be able to take a photo of your government-issued identification (such as a driver’s license) and pesticide applicator license card.
  • Courses must be completed by the course end date and time. No exceptions and no extensions are provided.
  • Limited technical assistance is available. Contact the UMN Helpdesk at [email protected] or 612-301-4357.
  • Only registered students will receive credit for the course. Name changes are not allowed.
