Join us May through October and receive an action-packed passport! Using our monthly learning guides, fill your passport at your city, county, state and national parks with your explorations. 4-H Passport to Parks is all about outdoor adventures. Get outside and explore the wonders around you. In this self-explore program, youth and their families can explore the backyard, local parks, travel to regional, state, and/or national parks whether in-person or online. Invite your friends! If you need help figuring out how to involve others in your 4-H Passport to Parks adventure, contact your local 4-H Extension educator.  We are happy to help! May: Introduction to Passport to Parks, Geocaching and Orienteering June: Wonderful World of Water, Nature Guides, There’s an App for That, Make Your Own Feeder July: National Parks and Forests, Campfire Cooking,  Videos on Campfire Safety August: Wildflowers, Pollinators and Insects, Spot-Freeze-Magnify September: Identify Those Trees, Nature Based Chromatography October: Who Lives There?, Animal Hibernation vs. Sleep Virtual check-in dates We will host a virtual check-in to see and hear about your adventures the last Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. Virtual check-in meeting links will be emailed to you each month along with the activity guides. May 25 June 29 July 27 Aug. 31  Sept. 28 Oct. 26   We will provide you with a printable passport to record your explorations or to create your own passport stamp.  Passports can be turned in at the end of our October outdoor adventure to be put into a drawing for a prize! Youth in grades K-13. Cloverbuds (K-2) will need adult supervision.

Registration

Registration will be in 4-H Online. For new members, in the clubs field, please select "Virtual 4-H - Countyname County" or “In Person Camp/Event-Countyname County.” In the projects field, choose "pick the project your primary focus is on" and any other project areas you have an interest in.

There is no deadline to register. For assistance with registration, use this guide.
