What you need to know to get started in garlic growing, or improve what you're already doing. Based on the "three mistakes growers make", we'll cover from seed stock to storage.

Jerry Ford started growing garlic on his wife's family's 120 year-old farm in 2002. His award-winning porcelain cultivars having gained a reputation for both robust planting stock and excellent flavor. He has served as Director of the Minnesota Garlic Festival since it's inception fourteen years go, and is now helping to lead a MN Department of Agriculture Specialty Crops project, the Minnesota Premium Garlic Project.
