The cost includes lunch along with morning coffee, snacks, and take-home educational materials. Registration

Registration includes lunch and session materials. If space is still available after the deadline there will be registration at the door beginning at 8:30 a.m., however lunch and materials are not guaranteed.

Deadline to register: September 19 at 5 p.m. There will be no refunds for cancellations made after 5 p.m. on September 19.
