Due to the virtual nature of this session, please find a space in a local park, your backyard, or even a favorite window ledge. Try to bring a thermos of tea or water, charged device with a power bank if needed, a sit pad, clothing layers or anything else that will make this session a bit more comfortable and connected. Facilitators Kristen Mastel is a certified forest therapy guide and an outreach and instruction librarian at the University of Minnesota. Kelly Kunkel is a health and nutrition Extension educator.
