But it's also hard work! This webinar will allow young people and the adults who care about them to explore best practices for renting a first home. We will cover a range of topics and provide tips related to managing your money, finding a place to call home and keeping it in good condition. Join us as we take a closer look at successful habits of becoming an adult. The session facilitators include: Sharon Powell, Extension Educator in Family Resiliency, who develops and teaches programs for individuals and families that fall under the two areas of building financial skills and building parenting and relational skills. Lori Hendrickson, Extension Educator in Family Resiliency. Lori has worked as an Extension Educator for over 30 years. She has experience working with limited resource and limited literacy families and youth. Lori’s passion is teaching youth and money topics to parents, teachers and young people.
