While identity theft can happen to anyone, there are some things you can do to reduce your risk. Do you know what to do if you think someone is using your personal information to open accounts, file taxes or make purchases? This webinar will address how to protect yourself, discuss common scams that threaten your identity and how to report identity theft.
Sam Roth is a University of Minnesota Extension financial capability educator for Scott and Carver Counties. She is an accredited financial counselor and has extensive experience teaching individuals and families about critical life skills and decision making.
Sara Croymans is a University of Minnesota Extension educator in family resiliency with experience teaching individuals, families and organizations financial capability information and skills. She is an accredited financial counselor with experience providing financial counseling with military service members and individuals with gambling addictions.

Registration is required. The webinar will take place on Zoom.
