Join the Extension Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs), to learn more about how your home uses energy, how to save energy and  access resources to share with your neighbors. Facilitators Joel Haskard is the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) Co-Director for the University of Minnesota’s Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and Extension.  One of his current areas of focus is on ways to reduce the energy burden for low-income households. Melissa Birch is the Clean Energy Resource Teams Central Region Coordinator.  Melissa authored the CERTs Home Energy Guide suite of resources for renters, landlords, manufactured homes and single family homes. Alexis Troschinetz is the Behavioral Science and Evaluation Manager with the Clean Energy Resource Teams (CERTs) at the University of Minnesota’s Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and Extension. Alexis taps into her engineering background to understand home energy efficiency technologies, as well as infuses behavior change science into CERTs programming. America/Chicago public
