Hennepin County 4-H project registration is open in FairEntry

It’s time to register your 4-H projects for our summer showcase season! Are you ready?

Starting Sunday, May 1st, register your 4-H project(s) in FairEntry (hennepin-mn.fairentry.com)

FairEntry our online registration system for all showcase events! Anything that gets entered, judged, and displayed at a 4-H county show should be registered in FairEntry! It is mobile friendly and integrated with 4HOnline, so it makes for a family- and staff-friendly experience.

Before you start...

1. Ensure your 4-H’er is enrolled as an active 4-H member in 4HOnline.
   Your 4HOnline family login (email address and password) is needed for project registration. Use this tip sheet to help! If you forgot your email & password, follow the prompts to have your password reset. DO NOT attempt to create a new profile if you have trouble.
    
2. Calendar these deadlines 
   • June 1st at 11:59 PM - registration deadline for all projects for all events (General, Cloverbud, Club/group, Rabbit, Poultry)
   • July 1st at 11:59 PM - registration deadline for dog & horse projects

Reminders and Tips

• If you have more than one 4-H’er in your family, you will register one child’s project at a time.

• General Project Quantity Limits (for Hennepin County Fair):
  • Cloverbuds (K-2 grades): Up to 5 General Projects
  • 4-H’ers in grades 3rd - 13th: Up to 5 projects per Project Area; Maximum of 15 projects total  
• Register all the projects you intend to bring to the County Fair! If something goes wrong, bring it anyway to share what you learned. If you run out of time to complete all the projects you registered for, that’s ok -- just let us know on Entry Day what you did & didn’t bring!
• If you are entering more than 1 project in a class there is a multi-entry option to identify how many in each class.
