Youth must provide a horse with a current negative Coggins. This clinic will focus on building a respectful connection between you and your horse through groundwork , horsemanship exercises and an equine obstacle course. Participants will need a stiff rope halter, 14-foot long line and carrot stick, and sport boots for groundwork exercises and obstacle work along with riding tack. Feed and water buckets are the responsibility of the participant. Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided each day.     Cost

    $325

    The fee includes a stall for your horse along with meals and snacks for participants.

    Your payment can be mailed to our office at 123 NE 4th St., Grand Rapids, MN 55744, or paid on the day of the class. Checks should be made payable to "Heart and Hooves Horsemanship."

    Horse project club members are eligible to receive a $100 scholarship towards the clinic's cost. 

    Registration

    Registration runs from March 1, 2023 - June 1, 2023. We must have a minimum of 10 participants in order to hold this clinic.
